Delivery

  • Upon delivery, please check your products to ensure they match your order. Please inform us of any damage, missing or incorrect goods within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
  • Order under 20 decking 5.4meter/ 100 sqm artificial turf will attract a delivery surcharge. Remote location may incur a surcharge.
  • All delivery are hand unloaded. Delivery will be made to the closest practical point with medium ridged truck access.
  • Assistant will be required.
  • Door to door from our ware house.
  • We deliver any postcode in Melbourne.
  • Product will be delivered in 2 business day after payment received.
  • Delivery fee may apply if your shipping address is  more than 40km away from our head office.
